RETURN POLICY

Once the period established by law on the right of withdrawal has passed, returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted in the case of factory defects, damage in transit or delivery errors . In any case, no more than 30 days must have elapsed since receipt of the product , it must not have been used, it will have the labels attached without being manipulated and the original packaging and accessories must be included.

Prior to acceptance, it will be verified that it is a manufacturing or delivery defect or anomaly and not due to improper or negligent use, handling or storage. The corresponding delivery note or invoice will always be included.

In the case of a return due to a manufacturing defect or in the case of an error in the preparation of the order, the CUSTOMER will be offered the repair of the item or its replacement with an alternative at no additional cost and without the CUSTOMER being entitled to any type of compensation. The costs incurred in sending the repaired or correct order will be borne by HSPORTWEAR.

If the return is due to a mistake in size or item of clothing made by the user, the costs derived from shipping and its management will be borne by the customer as long as the item of clothing is sent directly to H SPORT WEAR, SLU, Parque Industrial PISA, C/ Diseño 15 , 41927, Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville or, there is the possibility of delivering it to our facilities located at the same address, for such purposes for this type of incident without any expense derived from it.

A copy of the delivery note or invoice must be included in the package.

The return will always be subject to prior examination by HSPORTWEAR of the condition of the product being returned and verification that the requirements of these sales conditions have been met. Once the return has been received and if applicable, we will refund the amount charged within a maximum period of 15 days and under the same terms used to make the payment, unless the customer has expressly provided otherwise.

HSPORTWEAR reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline or products that are not in the same condition as when they were received. In this case, as well as in the case of size exchanges, the costs incurred in sending the garments will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

• Add a brief description of the reasons and causes given for the return

Once we receive the request, we will process it promptly.

All products ordered and/or customized for clubs will be exempt from return.
