Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, HSPORTWEAR offers you the option to return or exchange Collection items, provided that:

1. They are Collection or Backroom items.
Returns are not accepted for personalised garments or Pre-order, Custom or Team Store products.

2. They were purchased directly through our website hsportwear.com.
Returns are not accepted for products purchased in stores. To return these products, please contact the store where they were purchased.

3. You are within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

4. The items retain their original packaging and tags.
In other words, they must remain in new condition and must not have been washed or used.
